In 1965, Giuseppe's vision culminated in the acquisition of the Counts Callori land, giving life to Nuova Cappelletta. Housed within a centuries-old, horseshoe-shaped edifice, this winery seamlessly fuses heritage and innovation.
Traditional tuff and baked-clay bricks intermingle with lower cellars carved from rock, now sanctuaries for aging wine in French oak barrels. Modern stainless steel equipment coexists harmoniously, preserving the grapes' essence.
