The Carlini winery was founded in the late eighties of the last century, when Andrea Carlini, still a student, interested in experiencing the world of viticulture, decided to use an old vineyard for experimental study and research, long inherited, to observe directly in the field the knowledge acquired and verify the forms of the processes of production and processing of grapes.
