The exposure of Vigna Manzotti from which their Moscati are born is south/southeast, with a gradient of 40%. Here the work is done entirely by hand without the use of chemical weeding. This type of agriculture is called "heroic viticulture": in these vineyards the hours of work required are about three times compared to a normal vineyard.
