Their family founded the winery I Pàstini in 1996 in the heart of the Itria Valley in Puglia, in this lush piece of land between the agri of Locorotondo and Martina Franca.
The primary objective was the recovery and enhancement of the vines of ancient cultivation of the Itria Valley.
