The idea of our entrepreneur was to challenge the large and established producers of the time by focusing on the quality of producst and the development of foreign markets
On the beautiful hills between Salemi and Vita 500 meters s.l.m. in the hinterland of western Sicily, in contrada Chirchiaro, grow the Grillo, Inzolia and Cataratto. The important thermal excursion and the windy exposure make this terroir the ideal place for the cultivation of these typical island varieties. The soils are of medium texture and the planting system of the vineyards is espalier with exposure to the east and guyot pruning.
