The family farm is spread over 8 hectares of specialized vineyards at about three- to four-houndred meters above sea level in the Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico
The Farm of the Cimarelli family is located in the municipality of Staffolo in the province of Ancona (Marche), in the southern area of the production area of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi D.O.C. Classico. The appellation "Classico" is reserved for a smaller area and the oldest tradition of cultivation of the Verdicchio grape.
