The vineyards of Cantina Cascina Cappelle are: Barbera, Dolcetto, Grignolino and Nebbiolo, together with Cabernet, Merlot, Freisa, Croatina and Bonarda of first quality
The grapes are vinified only at the best time following ancient traditions, such as manual harvesting. They use modern vinification criteria in order to be able to offer a wine always adequate to the refined and demanding palates of today’s consumers.
