Wine Bars

About

"El Büscia" began as a result of Massimiliano Balestreri's passion for wine, which he developed during his 12 years of marketing management in large-scale consumer multinationals.

Balestreri chose to pivot from his previous career as a large-scale hobbyist to pursue his own business.

For those unfamiliar with Milanese dialect, "el büscia" refers to the wine with bubbles, or "el vin che el büscia." This area will be solely devoted to sparkling wines, ranging from the most modest to the most esteemed.

Because the same diversity of grapes, regions, cultures, and people that contributes to the fascination of the wine world can also be found in the world of sparkling wines and other varieties of wine. Making "el vin che el büscia" is almost a must for some winemakers, particularly if they have vineyards in historically significant regions like Champagne; for others, however, it's a whim, a challenge with nature and themselves, as you can learn by touring Italy and sampling the sparkling wines made there.
