Pasquale Cataldi, the company's CEO, has been in the real estate market for over twenty years, beginning with the family business, Cataldi Costruzioni Immobiliari, where he became CEO at the age of 26 before founding Altus in 2016 with the Italian entrepreneur-Mexican Fabio Massimo Covarrubias and the designer Michele Morandi.
