The newly opened pizzeria, located in the Monterosso area, has been a hit since its launch in November 2019.
Along with the traditional pizzas, it also offers a unique option of pizza by the slice cooked in a pan. The dough is carefully prepared with a blend of flours, including wheat flour enriched with oat fiber for a lighter and more easily digestible crust. Another added benefit is that the pizza can be easily reheated at home in a static oven (at 180 degrees for 5 minutes), perfect for enjoying leftovers the next day. The extensive menu ranges from classic to gourmet options, and there is always a special pizza of the month along with occasional holiday specials. With several vegetarian choices available, including on their special pizzas, there is something for everyone. Additionally, the pizzeria provides home delivery within the surrounding areas, as well as takeaway and both indoor and outdoor dining options at the restaurant itself.
