A stylish dining room with exposed brick and an open kitchen serves creative Japanese dishes & sushi.
This temporary restaurant, with its suggestive view of the Milanese "city" skyscrapers, reflects the spirit of IYO, retaining some historical elements of the restaurant while at the same time setting the stage for what will become the new IYO Experience, a trait-d'union between the past, the present and the future.
IYO offers a vast selection of fried squid, swaps and prawns accompanied by a sauce based on shellfish bisque and yuzukosho mayonnaise. The restaurant also serves Enoki mushrooms in tempura, avocado, sea bass carpaccio with red Mazara del Vallo prawn tartare and celery and ichimi sauce.
