About
Dillà was born in Via Mario de' Fiori a few years after the opening of the first restaurant, La Buvette. Featuring an urban style reminiscent of New York clubs, the furnishings give the place a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
The culinary proposals, which change seasonally, are a perfect combination of ancient tavern tradition and revisitation in a contemporary setting, with an emphasis on quality and local research. The menu is heavily influenced by Roman and Mediterranean cuisine, with proposals that have since become restaurant staples, such as veal meatballs with mortadella and pistachio.
