On May 28, 1986, Adelia opened a small trattoria and pizzeria in Pineto.
Four years later, they shifted their focus to seafood cuisine and welcomed chef Claudio to their family business. In 1998, Katia (Claudio's wife) also joined the team. The restaurant relocated to a new space in May 1995 and remained there until September 30, 2009. They then made the move to their current location on October 1, 2009 - a modern and elegant space with a private room and exposed air-conditioned cellar.
