Located on the lower level of the building, in direct contact with the lake, is a gourmet restaurant designed to serve as the perfect marriage between nature and cuisine.
Led by renowned chef Riccardo Bassetti, who earned a Michelin Star in 2017, this restaurant opened its doors in 2012 with a focus on using local products and fresh fish from the lake waters. Chef Bassetti's two tasting menus, Libero Pensiero and Oltre il Territorio, showcase his passion for experimentation and his skill in combining flavors. Drawing from his experience working under masters of international cuisine, Chef Bassetti brings a unique perspective to his reinterpretation of traditional dishes from his hometown.
