Cafa de la Paix was founded in 2003 as Bologna's first social-solidarity restaurant.
You can find fairtrade, organic, and zero-kilometer products at Café de la Paix, along with Italian craft beer and natural wines. Café de la Paix organizes catering and events for graduation parties. For years, the Iusta Res Cooperative has been introducing boys and girls in difficulty into the world of work through Café de la Paix's social projects.
