Following the success of their Dandelion project, Filippo Oggioni and Paolo Bariani made the move to Vecchio Ristoro.
With a commitment to preserving the restaurant's history and maintaining its high quality, they have become known as the top choice for fine dining in Aosta. Their philosophy of combining concreteness, innovation, and respect for tradition is evident throughout Vecchio Ristoro, which was recently awarded One Michelin Star in 2021. Housed inside a 17th century mill that operated until 1960, the original wheel, millstone, and gears can still be seen within the restaurant. The cozy dining area features only 7 tables, adding to the overall elegant and classic ambiance.
