About
Since 1991, our restaurant in Corona has been a warm and welcoming place thanks to the support of my parents Anna and Mariano, Claudia and I.
The town is known for its liveliness and superb wines, making it a popular destination in the heart of the Isonzo region, adjacent to Collio. The fully renovated restaurant maintains its rustic charm and family ambience, offering traditional homemade meals. The menu features local specialties as well as dishes inspired by Marche and Mediterranean cuisine with creative twists. All their pasta is handmade by Anna, including gnocchi, tagliatelle, pappardelle, lasagne, ravioli, and now even the bread is made in-house. They carefully select seasonal ingredients from predominantly local sources. Their wine list showcases regional producers with some exceptional options from outside the area. To honor their roots, they have kept the tavern at the entrance of the restaurant alive, where one can experience its typical atmosphere. Two connecting rooms with fireplaces can accommodate up to forty guests. During pleasant weather, diners may also enjoy their meal in their garden courtyard. They take pride in sharing our passion and experience with all who visit them.
