Davide Allera, along with his sister Elisabetta, proudly presents the cuisine of the Aosta Valley.

Their dedication to preserving the region's gastronomic culture is evident in the aromatic and flavorful dishes offered. The menu showcases typical cured meats accompanied by Toma and Fontina cheese, as well as Gressonara-style raw meat and carpaccio with Bagna cauda. In addition, appetizers featuring seasonal ingredients are also available. Don't miss out on the Seupetta à la Cogneintze, a traditional dish made with rice, semi-wholemeal bread croutons, and Fontina cheese. For main courses, consider trying the carbonada served with rustic polenta or the saddle of lamb baked in a bread crust with red wine sauce. Grilled options such as Irish Angus or Chateaubriand fillet and Lillaz char are also highly recommended choices among diners.
