Atelier 26 is a space for gastronomic innovation.
The physical kitchen functions like an artisan workshop, where ideas are continuously tried and tested until a final concept is crafted that satisfies their Chef's discerning taste. Fueled by their eagerness to push boundaries, they embarked on a quest to find the perfect location for them during their travels, and ultimately discovered it in the familiar and personally significant region of Valle d'Aosta.
