The recently established Sücar Brüsc restaurant, opened in March 2019, strives to incorporate the essence of "Mantua" both on their plates and in their surroundings.
This is evident in various aspects of their decor, such as the traditional local sayings featured on the ceiling panels near their main entrance and the dialect terms with their translations into Italian showcased in their new hall (unveiled in December 2021). Moreover, acknowledging the vast expanse of the Mantua area, they have displayed 18 clocks throughout the restaurant representing the different "time zones" of the surrounding neighborhoods that make up their beautiful city.
