Dishes made in Trattoria del Cacciatore features high quality ingredients and are made with passion and professionalism since 1982.

Their cured meats are carefully chosen from artisan producers or agricultural companies, along with their meats and cheeses. Their homemade pasta and ravioli are made with durum and soft wheat flour, including type 1, 2, and wholemeal options, filled with fresh, non-spiced ingredients. Even their cakes are made without the use of 00 or 0 flour. All of their desserts are also homemade (except for the artisanal ice cream). For theor polenta dish, they select only the best corn flour options. Visit them at their new location on Via allo Sport 4 at the Nidrino sports center for excellent service. Take a leisurely stroll along a scenic road to dine in their spacious indoor dining area or enjoy outdoor seating in their garden with stunning views of the lake, Switzerland, and the Alps.
