Drawing inspiration from cherished childhood memories, his cuisine evolves through worldly experiences. Together with his wife Tiani Taurisano, they have crafted a restaurant that puts the customer at the forefront, with meticulous attention and care in every detail. Born and raised in Bergamo with French heritage from his mother's side, Federico was captivated by the aroma of fresh pasta made by his grandmother and the sights of local fish markets. He expanded his culinary horizons while living abroad in England, Colorado, and Mexico, learning about exquisite marinades which he still incorporates into some of his signature dishes. After honing his skills at renowned restaurants such as Savini Milan and Fifth Floor at Grand Visconti Palace, he now leads Osteria del Brunello with passion and dedication.
