Erba Brusca – A vegetable garden with a kitchen on the Naviglio Pavese.
Alice Delcourt, with her mixed heritage of French and English, grew up in the United States and even has some Italian roots. During her time studying in Florence, she falls deeply in love with the country. This passion eventually leads her back to Italy to pursue a career in cooking.
In 2011, her dream of owning a restaurant becomes a reality and it doesn't take long for her skills in the kitchen to shine through. Her cuisine is a creative blend of game meats, sustainable seafood, and always highlights the importance of vegetables – whether they are the star or just a side dish.
