Born in 1979 and hailing from Castelmartini in Tuscany, Enrico Bartolini is a renowned chef with a unique approach to fine dining. He holds the distinction of being the sole chef in Michelin Guide history to have earned four stars simultaneously, including two for his eponymous restaurant at MUDEC Museum of Cultures in Milan. With an independent and enterprising mindset, Enrico continues to garner acclaim in the culinary world. His success can be attributed to his intuition, creativity, professionalism, ambition, and above all, his immense passion and dedication for his craft. This passion has taken him overseas to work alongside notable chefs such as Paolo Petrini in Paris and Mark Page in London, before returning to Italy where he trained under Massimiliano Alajmo and managed the Le Robinie restaurant in Oltrepò Pavese. There, he received his first Michelin star at the young age of 29.
