From the entrance with its geometric design, to the intimate dining room accommodating up to 40 guests, to the fragrant herb garden and outdoor terrace surrounded by ancient plane trees. The elegantly lit tables seem to exist in their own timeless bubble, as the experience of fine dining can leave a lasting impression. Giovanni is a cheerful and ambitious individual who was born in 1966. He has steadily risen in the ranks as a chef, first working alongside his father and then taking over Nicolin's cuisine entirely in 1998. Compared to Lino's traditional Lombard dishes, Giovanni brings his own flair by incorporating seafood and creative interpretations that result in lighter fare.
