In February 2014, a second Trattoria del Nuovo Macello location at their facility was opened. This opened a new chapter in the cuisine of Frigografici Milanesi. The opportunity is too enticing to pass up: Frigoferi is a renowned hub of culture, art, and history. Joining their culinary art in this dialogue is an unmissable opportunity. Therefore, in April 2014, one of their chefs, Marco Tronconi, relocated to via Piranesi to bring the solid tradition of Nuovo Macello with a cosmopolitan twist that aligns with the dynamic atmosphere of the Refrigerators.
