About
Caffè Napoli was founded by three digital entrepreneurs - Francesco Fiandra, and Mauro and Fabio Compagnoni.
Working in the web and mobile sectors, they joined forces with Giuseppe Grieco and Lino Terraciano, who owned two of Pozzuoli's most renowned coffee bars. Together, they formed Exytus, which gave birth to Caffè Napoli. With a passion for good food and Italian cuisine driving them, the three partners sought to expand their holdings through a new venture focused on scalability and replicability. Their goal was to invest in an Italian specialty recognized worldwide. As they brainstormed the strengths of Italian cuisine, Francesco, Mauro, and Fabio decided to make it the core business of their company. This idea led them to try the espresso at Bar Exytus - a small café in Pozzuoli owned by Francesco's cousin. Known for its top-quality coffee and cremina (a velvety mix of sugar, coffee, and sometimes cream), Bar Exytus became the inspiration for Caffè Napoli's success.
