The cuisine at MUSA reflects a blend of both local ingredients and Mediterranean influence.
While staying true to tradition, they also incorporate international techniques to create exciting dishes that are both simple and elegant. The restaurant derives its name from their close friendship, as the two Executive Directors & Chefs, Robert and Matteo, share a passion for hospitality and travel. Their drive to continually improve ourselves is guided by the motto "to think outside of the box."
