Recognizing a lack of quality brunch spots in Florence, we set out to create the ultimate destination for catching up with friends over top-notch food. At both of their locations, you can taste plates inspired by American cuisine made with locally-sourced organic ingredients. As coffee plays an integral role in their daily routine, they've invested in a Faema E61 - known as the "Ferrari" of coffee machines - which allows Francesco to create the perfect cup whether you prefer it black, iced or foamy.
