The well-known chefs, Cesare and Simone, fondly referred to as Cece and Simo by all, first crossed paths a few years back while working together in a renowned restaurant in Bergamo.
Sharing a deep love for culinary art and quality ingredients, their friendship blossomed behind the bustling stoves. Eventually, this bond evolved into a strong professional partnership when they jointly decided in 2001 to establish themselves in their city. Fueled by their expertise, extensive experience, and genuine passion for delicious cuisine, they knew they were on the right path – and indeed they were.
