About
Enrico Bartolini, born in 1979 and hailing from Castelmartini in Tuscany, holds a unique position in the Michelin Guide's history: he is the only chef to have received four stars simultaneously.
Two of these stars were bestowed upon his eponymous restaurant at the MUDEC Museum of Cultures in Milan. With an individualistic and entrepreneurial approach, Enrico has established himself as a prominent figure in the world of fine dining. In 2010, he left his post at Oltrepò to take over Devero Ristorante and Dodici24 Quick Restaurant in Cavenago Brianza (just outside Milan). It was during this time that he earned his second Michelin star, along with L'Espresso's Tre Cappelli and Gambero Rosso's Tre Forchette awards. Driven by a desire for new challenges and opportunities, Enrico moved to Milan where he opened Ristorante Enrico Bartolini on the third floor of MUDEC.
