Since 1975, the Palermino family has crafted a culinary haven celebrating local traditions and seasonal wonders. Our menu, boasting Piedmontese treasures like porcini mushrooms, Monferrato and Alba truffles, and game, showcases specialties such as knife-beaten veal, cardoon flan, rabbit tajarin, black truffle guinea fowl, and vanilla bunet. With 40 indoor and 60 garden covers, La Braja is synonymous with quality and gastronomic excellence.
