Under the culinary guidance of Chef Raffaele Lenzi, our establishment boasts a Michelin Star and showcases his philosophy of using raw ingredients in a delicate manner. His cuisine is an experiential journey that pays tribute to Italian spirit, creating a harmonious fusion of flavors and cultures with vegetables taking center stage. Simplicity in ingredients is key to each course, reflecting Lenzi's upbringing in Naples. He brings years of experience from working at renowned restaurants such as Bruno Barbieri, Elio Sironi, Pino La Marra, and Stefano Baiocco before joining Il Sereno al Lago as executive chef in 2016. Since then, he has also taken on the role of Corporate Chef for other properties owned by the Contreras family: Villa Pliniana and Le Sereno. Lenzi's cuisine focuses on using raw and local ingredients to create balanced menus reflective of his cooking style.
