The Borrelli family doesn't leave anything to chance - even the name of their new restaurant had to reflect their unique approach to catering. Like a sturdy structure, the business is supported by a solid team of four: father Giuseppe and his three sons - Antonio, Umberto, and Andrea. Giuseppe left his hometown in Italy at just 13 years old and has been in the restaurant industry for over forty years. Many may remember him from Spaghettata, a popular spot near the Montelungo barracks in the 1980s. Passing on his enthusiasm to his children, Giuseppe's sons have all followed in his footsteps and work together harmoniously. Antonio expertly coordinates the dining room service and also serves as sommelier, offering wine pairing suggestions from their impressive selection. Umberto specializes in pizza-making, using traditional or wholemeal dough and carefully selecting high-quality ingredients for optimal taste and digestibility. The youngest member of the family, Andrea brings a modern and refined touch to the cuisine with dishes that perfectly balance creativity and tradition - drawing inspiration from his previous experiences at renowned restaurants in Bergamo.
