About
In the bustling city of Milan, a new establishment emerged in 1928 - the Trattoria del Nuovo Macello.
It was in this very place that their family's story began in November '59. With grandmother Maddalena's skilled hands in the kitchen and grandfather Giovanni's attentive service, steaming plates of tripe and cassoeula were served to the hardworking laborers from the nearby slaughterhouse.
This marked the start of their journey, rooted in the rich culinary heritage of Milan and fueled by the genuine hospitality of our humble ancestors. Though things have evolved over time, some aspects remain unchanged.
Their restaurant still boasts the old radio, enamelled iron jugs, and most importantly, the same passion that goes into every dish they prepare - an ode to authentic Italian cuisine using carefully selected ingredients and a creative touch. They look forward to having you join them at their restaurant, where their menu speaks for itself through its bold flavors.
