Andrea Provenzani was born and raised in Milan, and opened illibertymilano in 2002, a place where tradition and simplicity are embraced, a fusion between classic and contemporary cuisine.
He is the chef and owner of illibertymilano. Cooking is his way of expressing himself: a wonderful journey from thought to the creation of an idea... often a dish!
