Located in the historic center of Teramo, specifically on the pedestrian Via Mario Capuani, our restaurant is run by a young chef who trained under Niko Romito, renowned chef of Reale restaurant.

Since 2016, their doors have been open to welcome guests for a delicious dining experience. With a seating capacity of 20 and an outdoor area for warm summer nights, Spoon was founded in Teramo by two talented young chefs with a shared vision. Their goal: to bring a modern twist to traditional local cuisine while also incorporating external influences. Despite facing challenges in their community early on, just two years after opening, they were recognized in both the Gambero Rosso Guide and the MICHELIN Guide 2020 under the Bib Gourmand category. As time passed, their paths diverged and Chef Marco Cozzi now leads the project with his own unique culinary style focused on sustainability and sourcing quality ingredients. In spring of 2021, Spoon shifted its approach to offering seasonal tasting menus instead of à la carte options. This not only reduces waste significantly but also allows them to maintain their high standards while keeping prices accessible. Recently, they achieved another milestone with inclusion in "The guide to author's restaurants by Identità.
