About
Situated in one of the most enchanting squares in Palermo, the renowned Enoteca Buttice has a picturesque view of a majestic green canopy created by towering Ficus Magnolia trees.
This establishment was originally founded by Mr. Giuseppe Buttice in 1936 as a delicatessen and wine shop. Though modest in size, it flourished until the 1960s and left a lasting impression on his family for generations to come. In 2011, as they were renovating the premises to open their new enoteca with an added kitchen, they stumbled upon the old shop sign, connecting them to its rich history. They believe that beautiful stories deserve to be shared again and again! Their extensive wine list features over 700 labels from top producers in Sicily, Italy, and around the world. The focus is on Sicilian wines, carefully selected from both small and large producers who capture the essence of their region. Their curiosity also leads them to explore various corners of the globe where vineyards flourish and wines reflect the uniqueness of their terroir. To complete their selection, they offer a variety of sparkling wines, beers, liqueurs, and spirits from all regions of Italy.
