Gambero Rosso was born from the desire of Anna Maria and Giuseppe Sculli to return home and look towards the future.
This courageous couple's challenge was realized in a place of taste and conviviality, paying homage to their land of origin and its typical products. Riccardo Sculli, who was born in Toronto, started working at the family restaurant as a young boy. This experience sparked his passion for the culinary arts and his desire to learn about the infinite world of taste. He then attended the Boscolo Academy in Chioggia at a young age before specializing in evolution cuisine to promote quality cuisine while respecting nutritional properties and health without sacrificing taste. Constantly seeking new learning opportunities, Riccardo is dedicated to experiencing and sharing the great food and wine heritage of this region with humility. In 2013, he achieved a Michelin Star, which has been reaffirmed every year since then, solidifying his position in the national food and wine scene.
