In 1986, Emanuele and Patrizia discovered their passion for catering at San Giorgio restaurant in Turin's medieval village. There, they were inspired to create their own culinary dreams. Their first venture, "La Bottega del vino" in San Damiano d'Asti, combined their love for wine with their immense passion for cooking. It quickly became a beloved establishment in the Asti area. Later, they opened "Rosso Barolo" in the heart of Barolo, a city renowned for its exceptional wines.
