Through two years of studying traditional techniques and ingredients, Chef Niko has developed a contemporary Italian cuisine concept that prioritizes flavor and embodies the essence of "Made in Italy" with every dish. This approach is evident throughout the menu, which combines classic methods with new ideas to create a unique culinary experience for guests.
In addition to signature dishes like 'Antipasto all'Italiana', Chef Niko has also introduced exclusive creations for the Italian property such as Codfish with Potato Mayonnaise and Bell Peppers, Black Pepper Beef, Tortelli with Ricotta Cheese and Spinach, Spaghetti with Tomato, and Bread and Chocolate.
