After training with Antonino Cannavacciuolo, young chef Vincenzo Manicone and his wife Sara have ventured into a new restaurant.
The dining room boasts glass-fronted walls and a terrace that seems to float between the lake and sky. Chef Manicone's cuisine is showcased on both tasting menus and à la carte options. His dishes exhibit a level of maturity, paying careful attention to color and flavor, utilizing top-quality ingredients in beautiful presentations. Additionally, there is a noticeable focus on reducing food waste by utilizing all parts of the animal, as seen in the delicious amberjack, curly salad, and sea urchin dish we had the pleasure of trying. During the summer months, we highly recommend requesting a table towards the front of the terrace for an unbeatable view over the lake.
