Founded in 2001 by self-taught restaurateur Maurizio Sciarrone, De Gustibus has now been operating for twenty years. Maurizio's passion for cooking has spread to involve the entire family, all working together in harmony with their unchanged staff. In keeping with tradition, Maurizio and Armando's evolving menu still prioritizes fresh produce from their own sustainable and seasonal vegetable garden.
