Il Fuoco Sacro received its first MICHELIN Star and impressive scores from top gastronomic guides.
Their menu is a collaboration between patron Luigi Bergeretto and chef Alessandro Menditto, a member of the world-renowned Enrico Bartolini team. With experience as sous-chef at two-starred Glam and Casual (both owned by Bartolini), Alessandro brings a contemporary touch to traditional flavors and ingredients.
In addition to serving their guests, they also welcome outside diners to enjoy their extensive wine selection of over 500 labels from around the globe. Their cellar includes rare, valuable wines as well as choices from small, high-quality wineries.
