From the sophisticated design to the extravagant ambiance, everything exudes elegance. Born in Fusignano on July 26, 1969, Italo Bassi hails from Romagna. After completing his studies at a hotel school in Riolo Terme (Ravenna) in 1988, he gained seasonal experience at various hotels on the Riviera. However, it was at the renowned "Trigabolo di Argenta" restaurant in Ferrara where Chef Igles Corelli instilled in him a passion for haute cuisine and innovative cooking techniques using advanced equipment and premium ingredients.
