Natale Pallone, born in Crotone in 1969, was raised in a vibrant environment filled with the captivating colors and scents of the sea.

Growing up surrounded by his family's restaurant, "La Contadinella", he was immediately drawn to his mother's culinary talents. It became clear to him at a young age that his fate was already determined. His passion for cooking was innate. After completing his studies at the hotel institute in Naples, he embarked on a challenging journey to become a chef. Through hard work and determination, he eventually became the head chef at "La Contadinella", which he later transformed into "Ruris". With time, Natale's love for food evolved from traditional cuisine to gourmet. This marked the beginning of his professional ascent towards recognition not only within the region but also on a national level.
