In 2017, Una Finestra Sul Lago was born from the dream of Glauco Noseda, Jacopo Martignoni and Nathan Martignoni.

Working together, Chef Svet Ilie and Sous Chef Zeno Ossola lead guests on a culinary exploration. Their vision melds tradition and innovation, using taste as a language to transcend time and boundaries. At the heart of their approach is love for nature and its bounty, carefully crafted into dishes that showcase the essence of each ingredient.
With this ethos in mind, Pizza Chef Antonio Crea presents a modern take on Neapolitan pizza, developed alongside Executive Pizza Chef Davide Frittoli. These gourmet pizzas boast a light and flavorful crust, thanks to the use of natural leavening techniques perfected by the group.
