About

In the heart of Sasso Caveoso, amidst a maze of solitary alleys and ravines, stands Dimora Ulmo.

Its artistic and architectural merits are renowned, steeped in a prestigious past. This restless and secluded street sharply connects Piazza del Sedile to Via Buoni through an arch. On its right side lies the historic Torraca palace, once owned by the prominent Ulmo family in the 18th century. Today, this property has been transformed into an extraordinary restaurant where stylistic choices reflect its heritage. The generous and unique cellar boasts a collection of wines from around the world. Our chefs pay homage to local tradition while also incorporating elements of Italian cuisine. Dimora Ulmo is a revival of tradition at its finest.
