Experience the essence of Ciz Cantina e Cucina, brought to life by Vincenzo “Ciz” Gautieri. His love for wine was sparked while exploring cellars with his wife Francesca and further ignited through Ais courses in 1993. Eventually, it blossomed into a full-fledged passion through professional tastings, leading him to open his first restaurant, Wine Road on Viale Piave in 2013. In 2017, he expanded to create a new venture: no longer just a wine bar, but a full-service restaurant. Enthusiastically supported by Andrea Sconfienza as head chef, the menu showcases a balanced fusion of land and sea cuisine from all over Italy with special nods to Milan. The walls are adorned with rows upon rows of bottles - treasures waiting to be discovered and savored. And while you peruse the extensive wine list, indulge in carefully curated daily bar offerings or opt for one of our "Top Hundred" selections. Your palate will delight in dishes such as zolfini bean soup with pan-seared Mazara red prawns and n'duja, grilled tuna peppers with tuna sauce and Sicilian anchovies or Piedmontese Fassona tartare.
