Here, you can escape to indulge in (im)perfect sensory bliss. Spearheaded by South Tyrolean chef Norbert Niederkofler as Head of Culinary Strategy, the project strives to establish an exemplary global model that fosters respectful synergy between cuisine and territory. With its terrace and intimate interior spaces, Horto follows the sun's cadence, offering an uninterrupted culinary experience from dawn with breakfast to lunch, sunset with aperitifs, and culminating in fine dining.
